The rationale of the Managed Communication Service for condominium is to provide one-stop-shop for communication facilities for telephone, and internet and cable TV. All of these facilities are made ready long before unit owners are due to move- in and these facilities can be activated when they move-in. It is intended to provide the convenience of securing those facilities readily and avoid the usual negotiations with different providers.
The developers will no longer bother to negotiate with different facility providers and no cost to be incurred by them. The Managed Communication Service provider will have the condominium complete with facilities on “Plug and play” so unit owners can have these facilities when they move-in. The installations are done immediately upon approval of their application and providers will pay us, the Managed Communication Service or (MCS) provider.
The property Administration will be spared from handling any request or complaints arising from the facilities since MCS provider will attend to them immediately. The unit owner need not wait too long for repairs.
